- Payment confirmation details (reference codes and package type)
- Your theme preference (light/dark mode), stored locally in your browser
What we do not collect
- Credit card or bank account details (all payments are handled by Paystack)
- Passwords or login credentials
How we use your data
- To complete your data analysis, visualisation, or consulting requests
- To communicate project progress, deliver results, and handle revisions
- To process and verify payments via Paystack
- To improve our services based on anonymised, aggregated usage patterns
Data protection
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
- Project files and datasets are stored securely in Google Drive with restricted access
- Files are deleted upon your request, or 30 days after project completion, unless needed for active revisions
- All data transmission between your browser and our payment systems is encrypted
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive only a payment reference and confirmation status - your card details never touch our systems.

- Paystack for payment processing (their privacy policy)
- Chatbase for our AI assistant (conversations may be processed by their systems)
- Google Drive for secure file storage
- Netlify for website hosting
Local storage
We use your browser's localStorage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and chatbot interaction state. No personal data is stored this way, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or update your information
- Request deletion of your data and project files at any time
- Withdraw consent for us to contact you
